Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access or use our app.
Intellectual Property
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuranScroll and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Quranic Content
The Quranic text, translations, and recitations provided in the app are sourced from respected and verified sources. We strive for accuracy in all content. The Quran text is considered sacred by Muslims worldwide, and we encourage respectful use of the app.
User Accounts
If you create an account in our app, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
User Content
Our app may allow you to create notes, bookmarks, and other content ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, and you are responsible for it. By creating User Content, you grant us a license to use, store, and share it as needed to provide our services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the app:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors
- To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuranScroll, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Disclaimer
Your use of the app is at your sole risk. The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The app is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
